Return & Refund Policy

At Obsidian Vault, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched or delivered.
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
To request an order cancellation before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at thealphacorner10@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, broken, or you receive the wrong product, do not accept the delivery.
Inform the delivery partner immediately, and the package will be returned to us on the spot.
You should also notify us at thealphacorner10@gmail.com with your order details so we can assist you promptly.

Important: Damage claims will only be accepted if the damaged package is refused at the time of delivery.

Returns

We do not accept returns once an order has been successfully delivered.

For hygiene, quality assurance, and product authenticity, all delivered products are considered final sale.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed in the following situations:

Your order is cancelled before dispatch.
The order is returned to us by the delivery partner due to confirmed damage or an incorrect item at the time of delivery.

Once the returned item is received and verified, the approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

The order has already been delivered.
The customer changes their mind after delivery.
The product has been used, opened, damaged after delivery, or handled improperly by the customer.
The customer accepts a damaged package instead of refusing it at the time of delivery.
